"Updates from 5/15/2026: A second call with Bonnie and Erika helped resolve the issue for now. Let's see what happens in the next billing cycle in November. I still feel under-appreciated even we have a bundle of 3 cars and home insurance with State Farm. Again, I am happy with the agency customer service, not State Farm as company. ‐------------- Updates from 5/14/2026: After more than a decade being a faithful customer to State Farm, I feel like its time to move on and consider our next options. State Farm keep raising the price and just added 10% for the next billing cycle. Its not fair knowing that my other family members pay the same premium much cheaper with Geico or Progressive. I am pleased with the staff at the agency, but State Farm keep pushing and making us pay more the longer we stay. This time I say Basta!!! ‐--------- below its old review from 2023. I recently had my car flooded, and I have to file a claim. I wanted to say thank you to Todd Durflinger's staff for assisting and being on my side along the process. Special thanks to Audrey and Caitlin. A special special thanks to Audrey... amazing person which is one of the reasons we are still with the insurance agency for our 3 cars."

"When I talked to them the first time I said the quotes I àlways get are from State Farm or Progressive and they are both too expensive for me but I couldn't ever get quotes from anyone else ,so I went ahead and listened to the quote and I was shocked when told me what it I talked to.Audrey last time and she helped me out so for the most this is a great state farm."
