"Horrible horrible moved back to Texas on 2015 and nothing but billing issues. My husband has had state farm since the early 90s and this is by far the worst office we have ever dealt with."

"My insurance was past due and about to be cancelled. I called my agent's (Todd Durflinger) office and spoke to Audrey on Fri Aug 9th. Long story short, she said I could pay $5 to keep my insurance from being cancelled, until I could pay the balance (well over $200) on Tue Aug 13th. I spoke with her on that Tue, and she took a payment over the phone for the balance. I appreciated Audrey's patience. There have been times when I didn't have great luck when I called Todd's office; however, Audrey eased my fears in doing so. Thanks Audey!"

"My car has been vandalized several times in the past month and unknown people are entering my vehicle BUT I’ve had no video, photos or eye witnesses. Recently, an unknown substance was spilled onto my vehicle exterior that went through the paint. I talked to Audrey, a State Farm employee and she referred me to two different auto paint shops. She listened to my experiences with the shops and understood why I decided to cancel the claim. I was advised that if the spillage caused more damage in the future by not getting the car repainted now, I could still file a claim. She listened and that was important."
