"I've used the Durflinger agency for several years now and have always been impressed with the level of service I receive. Audrey helped me today and she knocked it out of the park! I don't know how their rates compare to other providers, but I don't really care. I'll pay the extra 15% if I know that when I call with an issue, I get a live person on the phone. This has been a tough year for my son (17), and we’ve had to file a couple of claims. State Farm reached out to say they will no longer cover be able to extend coverage to him. I understand the risk management aspect, but the impact on what they’ve had to pay out has been minimal. Isn’t this the whole reason we buy insurance? 2 claims later, they drop my son? I still think this is a 5-star business, but I may have to take my money elsewhere. Sad after many years of being a customer."
