"BEST STATE FARM IN TEXAS!!! Not only do I feel that State Farm is probably the best insurance available but if you are in Texas, choose Todd Durflinger State Farm Agency! They have the best people to assist you with your insurance needs! My personal insurance person is Summer Brindza!! And she has been since I moved to Texas several years ago! Any questions I have had, I know I have always been able to count on Summer to assist and answer my questions. Recently there was a question I had for Summer and because of some restructuring with what agents are allowed to see in their CRM systems, Summer wasn’t able to find the answer I was looking for. But did Summer just give up and tell me she couldn’t answer my question? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! She directed me to someone at Todd Durflinger that could! Enter Audrey! Almost immediately after I spoke with Summer, Audrey reached out to me and she was able to answer my question! Thanks to Audrey, if I have a question for Audrey’s department, I’m definitely reaching out! Todd if you’re reading this, do WHATEVER is necessary to keep these invaluable assets at your agency!"

"Manipulate the customer. Tell you differently and billing you differently. I bought Policy from 26 Feb 2024 to Feb 2025 i made full payment. I called them again before 26 Feb 2025 for renewal of home owner insurance the representative told me that we will charge for next 2 months which is March 202t and April 2025. I was ok with that but on March 2nd 2025 I received the email & statement shows that I have to pay home insurance too in April. I called them and they told me that we charged the home insurance in advance. I told them I already paid for Feb 2025. They representative told me this how state farm do that. So, be careful with state farm they start robbering the customer's pocket."
