"I had a very big problem today so I called and talked to Audry. She was very courteous and she knew exactly what to do and helped me with my problem immediately. My premium is due tomorrow and I had the money on my credit card however I had to rush my son to the ER and had to use some of the money for gas. I was not only frantic concerning my son but the fact that I couldn't are my premium
She in turn stopped my auto pay and allowed me 5 days to pay it. She is amazing"

"Updates from 5/15/2026: A second call with Bonnie and Erika helped resolve the issue for now. Let's see what happens in the next billing cycle in November. I still feel under-appreciated even we have a bundle of 3 cars and home insurance with State Farm. Again, I am happy with the agency customer service, not State Farm as company.

Updates from 5/14/2026: After more than a decade being a faithful customer to State Farm, I feel like its time to move on and consider our next options. State Farm keep raising the price and just added 10% for the next billing cycle. Its not fair knowing that my other family members pay the same premium much cheaper with Geico or Progressive. I am pleased with the staff at the agency, but State Farm keep pushing and making us pay more the longer we stay. This time I say Basta!!!

I recently had my car flooded, and I have to file a claim. I wanted to say thank you to Todd Durflinger's staff for assisting and being on my side along the process.
